Taskrabbit is hiring a Customer Support Advocate - English Speaking. In this role, you will create a seamless and exceptional experience for every Client, Tasker, and Partner. Your customer-obsessed approach is key, recognizing that our business success is rooted in how we prioritize and treat everyone.
What You'll Do
- Prioritize and champion customer satisfaction, ensuring a personalized and caring approach.
- Understand customer needs and preferences through direct interactions and feedback.
- Spot trends in inquiries and behavior to better anticipate customer needs.
- Assess and adapt your approach regularly to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Demonstrate a high degree of ownership and disciplined curiosity in addressing concerns.
- Solve problems with a solutions-focused mindset, proactively identifying and implementing effective resolutions.
- Serve as a trusted resource, ensuring optimal satisfaction through proactive measures.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex issues.
- Strong sense of ownership and disciplined curiosity.
- Empathetic communication skills with the ability to connect on a personal level.
- Proficiency in communicating effectively through both written and verbal channels.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to top-notch service.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Available full-time (40 hours/week).
- Eligible to work in Poland (we will not support relocation).
