D-ploy is looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our team. You will provide professional support to our customers in a remote, international environment. At D-ploy, our mission is to deliver innovative and superior services and solutions where IT counts.
What You'll Do
- Communicate professionally with customers via chat, e-mail, and social media
- Provide clear, friendly, and efficient solutions to user issues
- Share insights and suggestions to improve internal support processes
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Hungarian (C2 level)
- Good English skills (B2 level)
- Enjoy helping others and handle challenges with a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable with computer tools (e.g. MS Office, web-based platforms)
- Can explain technical topics in a clear and simple way
- Have completed secondary education with a diploma
