About the Role

SendDrop GmbH is looking for a Customer Success & Support Manager (m/w/d) to serve as the first point of contact for our customers, driving their success and satisfaction in our remote SaaS startup. You will focus on providing an excellent customer experience, handling support and onboarding, and contributing directly to product development.

What You'll Do

  • Process customer inquiries and support tickets in first-level support – quickly, friendly, and solution-oriented.
  • Support customers by phone and be their first point of contact for questions and concerns.
  • Conduct demo calls with prospects and show them how SendDrop revolutionizes their shipping.
  • Accompany new customers during onboarding and help them set up our platform via video call.
  • Contact leads by phone and document conversations structured in our CRM system.
  • Actively collect customer feedback and pass valuable insights to our product team.
  • Contribute to continuously improving our support processes and help documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • Completed commercial training, university degree or comparable qualification.
  • First experience in customer support, customer success or inside sales – ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong communication skills on the phone and in video calls – you can explain complex topics simply.
  • Confident handling of CRM systems and digital tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom or similar).
  • Independent, structured way of working – you feel comfortable in a home office and organize yourself.
  • Perfect German language skills, spoken and written.
  • Empathy, patience and genuine joy in helping people.

Nice to Have

  • Interest in logistics, e-commerce or shipping topics.

Technical Stack

  • CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom)

Team & Environment

You will join a small, remote team of 1-10 employees with short decision-making paths and flat hierarchies.
