Waste Management is hiring a Customer Success Specialist for our Technical Services team based in East Tamaki, Auckland. In this role, you will be a crucial support partner for our account managers and customers, working cross-functionally to ensure service excellence.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers and account managers with queries and support needs.
- Prepare accurate reports for the sales team and our customers.
- Develop quality proposals, tender responses, agendas, presentations, and other supporting material.
What We're Looking For
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office platforms.
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
- Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience using operating systems and CRM software.
