Pluralsight is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to leverage scale techniques for managing a large volume of customer contracts. In this role, you will conduct value-driven conversations throughout the customer lifecycle for higher-value customers in your territory, ultimately supporting renewals and identifying upsell opportunities to drive growth.
What You'll Do
- Drive forward Pluralsight’s Client Engagement Model to ensure mutual customer and company success.
- Anticipate customer needs, proactively forecast and mitigate risk, and streamline the renewal and negotiation process to position accounts for growth.
- Maintain and lead periodic check-ins with key customers to ensure maximum product/service value.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, to identify growth opportunities and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Provide advanced product information and use expertise to recommend services and configurations to meet specific customer needs.
- Collaborate within Revenue and Success, Marketing, and Legal to maximize renewal forecasts and identify upsell revenue opportunities.
- Work in partnership with Account Executives when expansion opportunities are identified, ensuring the right sales resources are engaged.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Success and Renewals.
- Experience renewing customers and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Experience developing and implementing a relationship management and success plan for existing customer accounts with manager guidance.
- Background in business development, sales, or scale customer success.
- Comfortable using a variety of communication methods (outbound emails, phone calls, virtual meetings, webinars, etc.).
- Proven track record of success managing a high-volume portfolio of enterprise accounts, leveraging data to improve efficiency.
- Business acumen and ability to analyze data to address customer situations.
- Strong negotiation, prioritisation, and relationship building skills.
- B2B SaaS experience; familiarity with SaaS renewal motion.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.

- Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, and Gong is preferred.
