MP Solutions Ltd. is hiring a Customer Success Specialist (Multilingual) to serve our international partners. In this structured, international environment, you will be responsible for building lasting customer relationships and supporting their key business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Support customers throughout their lifecycle via proactive and transactional interactions.
- Understand customer business objectives and define what success means to them.
- Drive customer success plans and support value realization.
- Identify and manage churn risks.
- Identify growth and expansion opportunities.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries related to products, services, and administration.
- Support customers and internal teams with billing and administrative activities.
- Work closely with global internal stakeholders and teams.
- Provide accurate, reliable information adapted to the customer’s level.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.
What We're Looking For
- Strong language skills to support our international partners.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to understand customer business objectives and define success metrics.
- Experience managing customer lifecycles through proactive and transactional support.
- Skill in identifying and managing churn risks.
- Ability to identify and pursue growth and expansion opportunities with customers.
- Experience handling customer inquiries on products, services, and administration.

- Ability to communicate complex information clearly, adapting to the customer’s level.
- Understanding of and commitment to data privacy and security policies.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid role. Candidates can work remotely from France or Germany (requiring French or German language skills), or on-site from our Debrecen office (requiring English language skills).
