Customer Success Specialist (Multilingual) – This role focuses on building trust and delivering consistent value to customers across diverse regions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their business goals while navigating the full lifecycle of their experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships through proactive outreach and responsive support

Work Environment
This is a hybrid position with options for remote and on-site work in select locations. Remote schedules follow either an 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 time frame. On-site roles based in Debrecen operate on either a 09:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00 shift. Flexibility and reliability are key to supporting international clients effectively.
