What You'll Do
Lead client relationships from kickoff to renewal, serving as the primary contact and ensuring projects move forward without delays. You’ll run onboarding sessions, set clear milestones, and keep all parties aligned through proactive communication.
Use automation platforms like Zapier or Make to streamline workflows and maintain momentum across deliverables. Monitor timelines, track progress, and step in quickly when issues arise to keep client projects on track.
Your consistent support and structured approach will help clients see ongoing value, directly contributing to retention and renewal success.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing client relationships with a focus on organization and follow-through
- Hands-on experience with automation tools—Zapier or Make required
- Confident leading client calls via Zoom with clarity and professionalism
- Skilled at managing multiple timelines, tasks, and CRM systems simultaneously
- Calm, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying potential roadblocks
