DC Logistics Brasil is looking for a Customer Success professional to coordinate and manage shipments from start to finish. You will serve as the primary point of contact for exporters and destination agents, ensuring their needs are met and operations run smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Manage direct contact with exporters and destination agents, addressing all their needs.
- Coordinate shipments, tracking every stage of the operation, and provide follow-up information via event-based updates.
- Monitor cargo readiness and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
- Send shipping confirmations to exporters and destination agents, among other related activities.
What We're Looking For
- Completed or in-progress university degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, drive, teamwork, and a focus on results.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
