Base is looking for a Customer Success Representative to provide front-line support during evening and weekend hours. In this remote role, you will be the primary point of contact, ensuring members feel seen and supported while reflecting our brand’s warmth and professionalism.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly to member inquiries via Zendesk or Intercom with clarity and empathy.
- Troubleshoot account and event issues, escalating complex cases when needed.
- Ensure all support interactions are accurate, friendly, and aligned with our community values.
- Track and report recurring feedback or technical issues to the operations team.
- Maintain detailed, organized records in our helpdesk systems.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the member experience.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of hands-on experience using Zendesk or Intercom.
- Excellent written communication skills — professional, empathetic, and concise.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple conversations at once.
- Self-motivated and reliable — thrives working independently during off-hours.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends for a consistent 40-hour work week.

- Experience with membership-based or community-driven organizations.
