DC Logistics Brasil is hiring a Customer Success professional focused on Maritime FCL Import. In this role, you will coordinate the full import shipment process, ensuring clients receive proper tracking and complete documentation from origin to final destination.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate the shipment from sending instructions to the origin agent through to the cargo's arrival at its final destination.
- Send follow-up tracking information to the client.
- Review and issue all documentation related to the completed shipment and perform an EDI checklist to hand over the complete process to the deconsolidator.
- Monitor container returns with shipping lines.
What We're Looking For
- Complete or in-progress higher education in Foreign Trade, International Relations, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, drive, teamwork, and a focus on results.
- Intermediate-level English proficiency.
