DeepHealth is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure our customers achieve success and satisfaction with our products and services. In this role, you will be the voice, support, and guide for our clients, helping them improve patient care through the effective use of our technology.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
- Regularly engage with customers to understand their challenges, goals, and ensure satisfaction.
- Present solutions that meet customer objectives and guide them through short- and long-term strategic planning.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product/service offerings to provide guidance, best practices, and recommendations.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the company, advocate for customer needs, and communicate feedback to internal teams.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs and usage patterns.
- Increase customer retention and expansion of services.
- Identify at-risk client relationships and lead the team to correct any identified issues.
- Address customer concerns and issues effectively and efficiently, coordinating with internal teams for timely resolutions.
- Utilize customer data, product adoption data, lifecycle stage, and feedback to derive insights, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
- Manage and document the Quarterly Business Review process and scheduled meetings with customers.
- Serve as the communication interface between the client, sales, services, and any other internal division involved with your accounts.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager role, especially in an MSP environment, technology, or healthcare setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing, a related field, medical/pharma/science field, or equivalent practical technical experience in radiology.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with superb verbal and written presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM and/or CSM software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A minimum of 3 years working experience as a radiographer, application specialist, MRI specialist, or mammographer within a clinical setting.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a proven ability to build and maintain influential customer relationships.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently from a home office and as a team player.
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Healthcare and/or Healthcare IT.
- Understanding of radiology workflow.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Healthcare Applications/Products.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 per year.
Work Mode
This is a remote position based in the United States, with the home location listed as Newark, New Jersey.
