About the Role

The individual in this role will partner with clients to maximize value from the platform, troubleshoot challenges, and serve as the voice of the customer internally to shape product improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned customers
  • Monitor client health and identify opportunities for growth
  • Guide onboarding and ensure smooth implementation
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction
  • Track usage patterns and recommend optimizations
  • Coordinate with support teams to resolve technical issues

  • Identify renewal risks and support retention efforts
  • Develop onboarding materials tailored to client needs
  • Lead training sessions for new features
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
  • Collaborate with sales on expansion opportunities
  • Report on customer success metrics monthly
  • Ensure SLA compliance for response times
  • Advocate for customer needs in product planning
