About the Role

Salesforce is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Success Manager to leverage deep business, industry, and product knowledge. You will partner with customers to guide them and accelerate the return from their investment with Salesforce.

What You'll Do

  • Leverage Customer Success Methodology to partner with customer stakeholders, understand their goals, assess capabilities, and provide recommendations to accelerate achievement of business and technology objectives.
  • Develop knowledge of customer’s Salesforce implementation and evangelize the capabilities of Salesforce across all Clouds.
  • Guide customers on org strategy, governance, and change management best practices.
  • Demonstrate hands-on Salesforce product knowledge by applying platform features to customer business priorities and roadmap.
  • Proactively identify risks to customer business goals and work with the account team to build a risk mitigation plan.
  • Produce and execute a comprehensive adoption path showing current state, target future state, and an underlying enablement plan.
  • Deliver business value and innovation by understanding customers’ key business challenges and growth potential.
  • Build and foster executive-level relationships with customer’s IT and business leadership, sponsors, and decision-makers.
  • Work collaboratively with the account team and Salesforce executives, networking within accounts from the Executive-Level down.
  • Recommend additional Salesforce services and advisory experts when appropriate.
  • Proactively communicate technical product changes, degradations, outages, end of life, and other relevant updates.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in Japanese language skills (reading, writing, listening)

Nice to Have

  • 7-10 years of Manufacturing industry expertise
  • In-depth knowledge in one or more lines of businesses (LoB) - a specific cloud or industry
  • Strong consulting skills and proven results as a Trusted Advisor
  • Ability to drive effective and influencing conversations at the C-level
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and best use
  • Able to articulate the importance and value of Governance to Business and IT executives
  • Good understanding of enterprise architecture principles
  • Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
