Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Customer Success Manager to serve as the dedicated first point of contact for our customers in Germany's e-mobility sector. In this remote role, you will help clients navigate challenges and deliver tailored solutions, combining direct customer service with technical problem solving within an innovative and sustainability-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, chat, and occasional on-site visits.
- Analyze and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Handle complaints professionally, aiming for customer-oriented solutions.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the internal system.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Participate actively in coaching and mentoring programs to deepen product knowledge and customer engagement skills.
What We're Looking For
- Completed apprenticeship or degree.
- Strong interest in contributing to emission-free mobility.
- Good technical understanding of IT and electric vehicles.
- Excellent communication skills, both in German and English (written and spoken).
- Strong service orientation, with patience and a friendly demeanor.
- Organizational skills to maintain composure and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Class B driving license.
- Motivation to learn and grow within the e-mobility sector.
