About the Role

At Optro, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager to act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, maximizing the value they get from our product, and driving long-term relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Work with customers to create strategic plans aligned with their business objectives.
  • Stay current on product updates to provide insights on leveraging solutions.
  • Proactively identify and address customer issues, collaborating with internal teams for resolution.
  • Gather customer feedback and advocate for their needs within the organization.
  • Conduct training sessions, such as webinars, to empower customers.
  • Collaborate to maximize customer value and ensure solutions meet or exceed expectations.
  • Devote efforts to ensure high customer satisfaction, minimize churn, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for account expansion through upselling or cross-selling.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience successfully managing complex customer relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to interface with C-level executives to drive program strategy and ROI.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated fluency in English (both written and verbal).

Nice to Have

  • Proven experience in audit, risk management, compliance, or management consulting with emphasis on solving enterprise-level challenges.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with AuditBoard modules, data load processes, and advanced configurations.
  • Familiarity with customer success tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of French, German, or Arabic.

This is a remote position operating in a local-country mode, based in the Netherlands.
