Drive customer outcomes for Shopify merchants in the U.S. by serving as their trusted advisor on Okendo’s platform. In this remote role based in Colombia, you’ll ensure clients achieve measurable value, leading to stronger retention, expansion, and long-term satisfaction.

- Act as the primary point of contact for merchants, guiding them to success through tailored onboarding, ongoing support, and strategic check-ins
