About the Role

Drive customer outcomes for Shopify merchants in the U.S. by serving as their trusted advisor on Okendo’s platform. In this remote role based in Colombia, you’ll ensure clients achieve measurable value, leading to stronger retention, expansion, and long-term satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for merchants, guiding them to success through tailored onboarding, ongoing support, and strategic check-ins
  • Proactively identify opportunities to deepen product adoption and expand usage across customer accounts
  • Deliver consistent value through one-on-one engagements and targeted group campaigns
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships by understanding customer goals and aligning them with platform capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve service delivery at scale
  • Help refine customer success processes, contributing insights that enhance team effectiveness
