Tremendous is hiring a Customer Success Manager to ensure the success of our most important customers. In this role, you will onboard high-value programs, manage a portfolio of key accounts, strategically expand relationships, and handle client feedback.
What You'll Do
- Onboard high-value programs: provide onboarding sessions, manage timelines, remove blockers, and follow up with customers.
- Manage a portfolio of key customers: hold recurring meetings, handle client requests, and monitor account health.
- Strategically expand relationships with existing customers: retain spend, sign long-term agreements, and uncover new programs.
- Handle client feedback: uncover goals, analyze requests, problem-solve, and provide feedback to the product team.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in Sales, Customer Success or Account Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed: own outcomes and solve customer problems without waiting for direction.
- Detail-oriented: track timelines, blockers, implementation steps, and contract terms.
- Analytical: connect dots between customer requests, business impact, and product improvements.
- Relationship builder: genuinely care about customer success and build trust quickly through honesty and follow-through.
- Calm under pressure: handle escalations, tough conversations, and tight timelines without losing perspective.
