Pluralsight was looking for a Customer Success Manager

Pluralsight is hiring a Customer Success Manager to partner with our customers, ensuring they fully leverage the Pluralsight platform to achieve their desired business outcomes. In this role, you will be instrumental in building memorable client relationships, achieving trusted advisor status, and working closely with account executives to secure renewals and drive expansion.

What You'll Do

  • Drive forward Pluralsight’s Client Engagement Model to ensure mutual success for both customers and Pluralsight.
  • Take full accountability for accounts in all aspects from onboarding to renewal.
  • Anticipate customer needs and proactively mitigate risk throughout the customer life cycle, ensuring a streamlined renewal process and positioning accounts for growth.
  • Navigate, interpret, and use provided tools and systems to measure and report on customer experience, product utilization, and value realization.
  • Take corrective actions based on insights to make strategic recommendations that increase customer success.
  • Inspire change within customers to drive adoption of best practices and successful implementations.
  • Predict and forecast risk, renewal, and expansion within your customer portfolio.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in progressive customer success or a similar field (sales, professional services, consulting, technical enablement).
  • Experience supporting global enterprise customers on both SaaS and On-Premises solutions.
  • Experience building relationships with CTO, CIO, VP of Engineering and other senior technology leaders, and the ability to network across internal departments.
  • An understanding of the software engineering development life cycle and workflows.
  • Technical knowledge of development and IT solutions, with the ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
  • Ability to travel 25-50%.
  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree.

  • Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce.com preferred.
