Rebuy, Inc. is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and help high-growth, high-volume customers achieve their goals. The role focuses on building strong relationships, providing strategic guidance, and becoming a product expert. You will partner with internal teams to advocate for customers and help shape our product's evolution.
What You'll Do
- Develop strong relationships with customers and help them navigate long-term solutions to their biggest roadblocks.
- Understand customer goals and advise on the best way to achieve them, providing guidance on best practices, strategies, and ideas.
- Become a Rebuy product expert, deeply understanding its capabilities, limitations, and evolving feature set.
- Proactively uncover new and creative use cases for merchants and translate complex product functionality into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Help customers unlock incremental value beyond their initial implementation.
- Continually meet with and build relationships with Rebuy's largest customers.
- Utilize relationship building and data to drive increased product adoption across your book of business.
- Provide high-level insights and knowledge to ensure customers follow the latest e-commerce trends.
- Identify areas of improvement during execution and implementation to guide product development.
- Ensure customer success by monitoring ROI, conducting periodic account audits, and providing ongoing recommendations.
- Partner closely with internal teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to advocate for customers.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience in e-commerce, account management, sales, or a related field.
- Experience with Shopify and familiarity with ecommerce applications and technology trends.
- Outstanding analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- An incredible ability to empathize and understand customer requirements.

- $75,000 - $105,000 USD OTE annually
