BrainPOP is hiring a Customer Success Manager to be the driving force behind the success and growth of a portfolio of strategic school districts in the Midwest. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your proven track record in revenue generation and consultative skills to translate educational insights into impactful solutions.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end success of significant partner school districts, from seamless onboarding through successful renewal.
- Proactively identify and pursue growth opportunities, initiating strategic conversations to expand adoption and upsell relevant resources.
- Create accurate pricing proposals that take into account historical customer information.
- Develop comprehensive expertise in BrainPOP's products to deliver exceptional support and service to educators.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager, expertly guiding partners through the onboarding and implementation process.
- Maintain consistent communication with district and school leaders to foster ongoing utilization, gather feedback, share new features, and proactively address challenges.
- Collaborate with fellow Customer Success team members to develop innovative strategies for leveraging internal tools to enhance communication and support.
- Partner closely with teams across BrainPOP to drive renewals and identify account growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic account-based growth plans that consider potential risks and complexities within your territory.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience in enterprise software sales or account management within K-12 supplemental curriculum.
- Proven experience in identifying value-based opportunities for customers and advocating for partner needs internally and externally.
- Knowledgeable about the K-12 landscape at the national and state level, including curriculum, standards, and evolving educational trends.
- Experience with software implementations in a K-12 environment.
- Experience managing pipeline in a CRM (Salesforce preferred) and the ability to forecast and create reports.
- Proven competencies in project and time management; skillfully manage all drivers of account growth and customer relationships.
Nice to Have
- Experience in education or as an administrator.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 USD
Work Mode
This is a hybrid role, remote within the US Midwest. Ideal candidates will be located in Minnesota (MN) or Missouri (MO).
