The Customer Success Manager will lead relationship management and retention efforts for atmio's clients, ensuring successful deployment and expansion of the platform. This role is central to shaping scalable customer success processes in a growing startup environment, working closely with software and sales teams.
What You'll Do
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Monitor account health
- Drive renewals and expansions
- Develop onboarding programs and proactive training (including onsite where needed) that lead to self-sufficient, happy users
- Gather insights and feedback to help product and software teams prioritize improvements based on real customer needs
- Contribute to internal CS tooling, documentation, and scalable processes
- Help define the playbook, structure, and processes that will scale with the company
