The Director of Performance Marketing will lead the performance marketing function at Remote Talent LATAM, a dynamic organization operating in a high-growth eCommerce space. This senior leadership role is responsible for building and managing a high-performing team, driving scalable marketing operations, and delivering measurable growth across North American markets.
What You'll Do
- Manage recruiting agencies to identify and hire top-tier talent.
- Build and manage a team of Funnel-, CRM- & marketing managers as well as Media Buyers providing 7-day-a-week coverage across European and North American time zones.
- Establish team structure, roles, and responsibilities for optimal funnel oversight and performance.
- Develop comprehensive training programs and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Foster a high-performance, accountability-focused culture driven by measurable results and continuous improvement.
- Own P&L responsibility for all campaigns, ensuring profitability and ROI.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize funnel performance, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
- Manage relationships and performance of external affiliate partners.
- Oversee funnel optimization, A/B testing, and data-driven conversion improvement initiatives.
- Partner with our CRM team to optimize the customer journey and data flow to optimize routing and reduce transaction friction.
- Work with developers to implement tracking, landing pages, and funnel enhancements.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce high-converting creative assets.
- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance monitoring systems to track and drive results.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of capital.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor moves to maintain a competitive edge.
