About the Role

AuditBoard is looking for a Customer Success Manager (ITRC) to play a pivotal role in ensuring client success and satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact, working closely with customers to understand their needs, maximize product value, and drive long-term relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to align with their business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of product updates and features to provide customers with insights on leveraging solutions.
  • Proactively identify and address customer issues, collaborating with internal teams for swift resolution.
  • Gather customer feedback and advocate for customer needs within the organization to drive product improvements.
  • Conduct 1:many training sessions like webinars and create community content to empower customers.
  • Collaborate with customers to maximize product value, ensure high satisfaction, and minimize churn.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for account expansion through upselling or cross-selling.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years experience in IT, Risk, and Compliance, or IT-GRC.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • A passion for working daily with customers, ensuring they maximize their investment.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal direction.
  • Ability to interface with C-level executives to drive program strategy and ROI.

Nice to Have

  • Experience performing or supporting control testing, audit walkthroughs, ITGC reviews, SOC readiness, SOX testing, or similar governance activities.
  • Experience supporting or implementing GRC platforms or enterprise control environments.
  • Experience with the AB modules, data load process, and advanced configurations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, Lucidchart, PowerBI, and/or other data visualization tools.
  • A genuine passion for working in the tech space, driving continuous improvement.
