CorePlan is hiring a Customer Success Manager, Implementations

About the Role

Lead the end-to-end implementation of a rapidly scaling SaaS platform designed for the mining industry. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them from initial engagement through successful platform adoption. Your focus will be on delivering structured, customer-centric onboarding that ensures technical alignment, data integrity, and user readiness.

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle implementation projects, from initial planning to post-launch support
  • Build custom project timelines and coordinate resources to meet client-specific goals
  • Configure platform settings to align with operational workflows and business requirements
  • Oversee data migration, validation, and system testing to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Develop and lead role-based training sessions for diverse user groups
  • Monitor project health, proactively address risks, and maintain momentum across milestones
  • Work closely with a distributed team to adapt solutions for global clients
  • Establish repeatable processes and documentation to improve future deployments
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess progress and support ongoing engagement
  • Operate independently while maintaining clear, consistent communication across teams

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer success, project management, or technical consulting within SaaS
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex software implementations on time and at scale
  • Strong organisational skills with a track record of managing concurrent projects
  • Clear, confident communication style effective across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Quick learner of new platforms with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Experience collaborating across time zones in a global work environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital project management tools
  • Ability to identify roadblocks and develop practical, client-focused solutions

Preferred Background

  • Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Exposure to mining, drilling, or industrial operations
