Luminovo GmbH is looking for a Customer Success Manager – German speaking (d/f/m) to become a strategic partner for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for enabling measurable impact with our platform and facilitating growth through expansion, ensuring an amazing experience for your portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively manage a customer portfolio to ensure an amazing customer experience and prevent churn.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience by conducting interactive user trainings or workshops.
  • Collect and share data to build a deep understanding of users' needs and pain points.
  • Find new opportunities for the product team to create added value for customers.
  • Initiate and drive the expansion of customer contracts, involving sales colleagues for negotiation if necessary.
  • Deepen knowledge of the product, the electronics industry, and customer success best practices.
  • Stay curious and leverage modern tools and AI to enhance productivity and internal practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in German.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

  • Any other language is a big plus.

Team & Environment

This role is part of the Revenue department, reporting to Markus, the Team Lead Customer Success.

  • Salary: €66,200 to €99,000 OTE (German salary range, differs in other countries within +/- 2h CET remote area) + equity: Virtual stock options.
