The Customer Success Manager will play a key role in building the customer success function from the ground up at UserEvidence, reporting directly to the VP. This is a flexible position with full-cycle responsibilities spanning onboarding, implementation, expansion, and retention for enterprise clients.

- Manage full-cycle customer success including onboarding

Reports directly to the VP. Team size and structure are currently null as the function is being built.
