Thematic is hiring a Customer Success Manager - Enterprise AI

About the Role

Thematic is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Enterprise AI to blend enterprise-level customer success expertise with data know-how. You'll be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of enterprise clients, guiding them from onboarding through adoption and expansion.

What You'll Do

  • Own relationships with a portfolio of enterprise customers, guiding them from implementation through adoption and expansion.
  • Own customer process on SaaS configurations, integrations, and data manipulation with tools like Excel and CSV.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Research, and Engineering to drive client success, growth, and retention.
  • Share best practices and creative solutions to help clients maximize the value of Thematic.
  • Contribute directly to our key company metric: Net Revenue Retention (NRR).

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree and 3-4+ years in Customer Success, Customer Account Management, or Solutions Engineering, ideally with enterprise SaaS.
  • Aptitude and comfort with SaaS platforms, integrations, and custom data manipulation in Excel/CSV.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort across our channels and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to solve real-world business problems.
  • A passion for insights, analytics, and customer experience.
  • Start-up experience and a preference for fast-moving, dynamic environments.
  • Some coding or scripting background.
