Apply is seeking a Customer Success Manager (d/w/m) to ensure our healthcare customers achieve measurable value and long-term success after implementing our medical software. You will act as the central point of contact and strategic partner, analyzing workflows and driving optimization.
What You'll Do
- Be the central point of contact for customers after go-live to create measurable value and ensure long-term success.
- Actively manage the transition from implementation to productive use through individual support during the handover phase.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with customers and accompany them as a strategic partner in achieving their clinical and operational goals.
- Analyze workflows and usage behavior, identify potential for optimization, and develop measures to increase value.
- Monitor relevant key performance indicators (e.g., adoption, usage, satisfaction) and derive concrete measures for retention and efficiency improvement.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Implementation to ensure a consistently positive customer journey.
- Conduct training and product demonstrations for customers – remotely or on-site, in close coordination with internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree in radiology, medical technology, or comparable – alternatively, experience as an MTRA or in the healthcare sector.
- Solid knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviations, particularly in radiology.
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable customer-facing role in a healthcare environment.
- Independent, practical, and solution-oriented way of working with a high customer focus.
- Ability to keep track of and effectively manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, high reliability, and team spirit.
- Negotiation-level German and English language skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customers (approx. 1–2 times per month).
Nice to Have
- Experience in dealing with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or CRM systems.
- Familiarity with clinical radiology workflows as well as speech recognition software.
