Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service professional to join an online travel department in Athens. You will provide exceptional support to Nordic-speaking clients, helping them with travel bookings, inquiries, and changes while enjoying life in sunny Greece.
What You'll Do
- Deliver top-notch customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and itinerary changes.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.
- Document customer interactions accurately for ongoing improvement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance service quality and achieve performance targets.
- Engage in continuous training to stay informed about travel products and tools.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in a Nordic language such as Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish.
- English proficiency.
- Strong passion for customer service and the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and handle inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to live and work in Athens, Greece.
