As a Customer Success Manager, you will guide customers through their post-sales journey and AI-powered transformation programs. You will own the customer’s overall adoption strategy and comprehensive value delivery plan, serving as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor.
What You'll Do
- Own the customer’s overall adoption strategy, building and maintaining a comprehensive value delivery plan to achieve their objectives.
- Lead and orchestrate end-to-end adoption delivery, from planning to realization, coordinating across internal and external workstreams.
- Understand and advise the customer on how best to define, deliver, and realize value aligned with their business goals.
- Develop and maintain workstream plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to success milestones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with key clients, becoming a trusted advisor on automation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategic goals and tailor automation solutions to maximize business impact.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in automation, contributing to thought leadership.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure a unified and customer-centric approach.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in customer success roles, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Experience with professional services and attach motions for support and services.
- Experience in a high-growth technology company, preferably in the SaaS or RPA space.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and drive results.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute customer success strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
Nice to Have
- MBA preferred.
