About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will guide customers through their post-sales journey and AI-powered transformation programs. You will own the customer’s overall adoption strategy and comprehensive value delivery plan, serving as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor.

What You'll Do

  • Own the customer’s overall adoption strategy, building and maintaining a comprehensive value delivery plan to achieve their objectives.
  • Lead and orchestrate end-to-end adoption delivery, from planning to realization, coordinating across internal and external workstreams.
  • Understand and advise the customer on how best to define, deliver, and realize value aligned with their business goals.
  • Develop and maintain workstream plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to success milestones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key clients, becoming a trusted advisor on automation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategic goals and tailor automation solutions to maximize business impact.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in automation, contributing to thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure a unified and customer-centric approach.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience in customer success roles, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  • Experience with professional services and attach motions for support and services.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company, preferably in the SaaS or RPA space.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and drive results.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute customer success strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.

Nice to Have

  • MBA preferred.

Team & Environment

You will collaborate with internal technical teams, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure a unified approach.
