ICEYE is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our mission of improving life on Earth. In this role, you will ensure our European government clients successfully use ICEYE’s satellite data to manage natural disasters, acting as the essential link between our radar technology and the officials who rely on it.

What You'll Do

• Ensure European government clients successfully use ICEYE’s satellite data to manage natural disasters.
• Act as the essential link between ICEYE’s radar technology and the European government officials who rely on it.
• Ensure public sector clients are actively integrating satellite data into their emergency response plans to monitor floods and fires in real-time.

Team & Environment

You will report to the Head of Customer Success, Solutions. We operate with a shared vision of improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.

Work Mode

This role is hybrid and can be based at any ICEYE office in Europe.
