About the Role

Truffle Security is hiring a Customer Success Manager to be the primary advocate for our enterprise customers. In this role, you'll shape the customer experience, working directly with security teams, engineers, and leadership to secure their environments and maximize their use of our products.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure customers have a smooth onboarding experience by equipping them with best practices to succeed.
  • Build trusted relationships to drive product adoption, renewals, and account growth.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, helping customers navigate security best practices and maximize their investment.
  • Identify potential challenges and partner cross-functionally for quick resolution.
  • Gather feedback to identify trends and influence product improvements.
  • Partner with Sales to identify opportunities for expansion and increased adoption.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role.
  • Experience preferably in a B2B cybersecurity or SaaS company.
  • Strong technical acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
  • A proactive and customer-centric mindset, with experience driving renewals and expansion.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities with a high level of autonomy.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in security tools, DevSecOps, cloud security, or developer tooling.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and customer success platforms (bonus points for Vitally).

Team & Environment

You will work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and product teams.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary range: $120,500 to $145,000 plus stock options.

This is a 100% remote position open to candidates located within the United States.
