Wrike is hiring a Customer Success Manager

About the Role

Wrike is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our North America team. You will be the key partner for our paying customers, guiding them to success through proactive onboarding, training, and ongoing strategic consultation to ensure they get maximum value from Wrike.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively on-board new paying customers, understanding their use cases and work processes to provide the best guidance on setting up Wrike.
  • Lead training for teams, demonstrating Wrike features and functionality and answering usage questions.
  • Monitor your entire book of business and key account metrics to identify areas of opportunity and reach out to at-risk accounts.
  • Use consulting skills, technical knowledge, and influencing ability to help customers unlock the most value from Wrike post-onboarding.
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to assess progress against goals, opportunities for improvement, and Wrike's impact on team productivity.
  • Run periodic "health checks" of customers’ Wrike workspace to ensure optimal use of functionality.
  • Partner with our account management team to identify up-sell opportunities, references, and case studies.
  • Advocate for customers in meetings with Product Managers to help shape product evolution with the voice of the customer.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 2-3 years of work experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Passionate about teaching, instilling knowledge in others, and training.
  • Willing to dive into the technical details of a product to understand it thoroughly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to present complex ideas accessibly and engagingly.
  • Great people skills: genuine, warm, positive, engaging, connects well with others, empathetic, and tactful under pressure.
  • Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills.
  • Experience working with marketing teams, IT teams, PMO teams, or Professional Services.
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of clients, including executives.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in project management, business process redesign, and change management.

Team & Environment

You will report to Lisa Starbuck, Manager of Customer Success, and be part of a North America Customer Success Team within a larger group of about 20 CSMs in the Americas.
