Platform Science is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to help implement, manage, and grow our relationships with enterprise-level accounts across the country. You will serve as a trusted advisor and main point of contact, leveraging our IoT platform to solve business challenges in the transportation industry.

What You'll Do

Act as a trusted advisor and main touchpoint for assigned customer accounts throughout the post-sales lifecycle.
Own senior management-level relationships at each assigned customer account.
Drive customer adoption of Platform Science solutions and ensure long-term retention.
Facilitate Business Reviews with your customers, communicating new solutions and our innovation roadmap.
Monitor customer health and utilization trends, providing recommendations based on risk and business needs.
Identify renewal risk and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful renewal.
Work with internal teams, sharing customer experiences to help drive product roadmaps.
Mentor and train our top customers to help them reach their business goals.
Increase recurring revenue from your customers through applications and added subscriptions.
Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical discipline.
Minimum of 18 months of CSM experience at Platform Science OR 3+ years of customer relationship management experience at a technology company serving the Transportation industry.
Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA Regulations.
Familiarity with Transportation Management System (TMS) products (e.g., TMW, McCleod, ICC) and route management or distribution software.
Ability to learn and stay current on the Platform Science product suite and transportation industry direction.
Demonstrated experience guiding customers with confidence and integrity.
Excellent planning, organization, and implementation skills.
Strong interest and passion for coaching and mentoring others.
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to senior leadership, both verbally and in writing.
Proven experience understanding, organizing, and facilitating through customer requests and concerns.
Ability to accommodate travel up to 50% of the time.

Nice to Have

Proficiency with Salesforce.

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 + equity. You may be eligible for equity.
