Platform Science was looking for a Customer Success Manager

Platform Science is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to help implement, manage, and grow our relationships with enterprise-level accounts across the country. You will serve as a trusted advisor and main point of contact, leveraging our IoT platform to solve business challenges in the transportation industry.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor and main touchpoint for assigned customer accounts throughout the post-sales lifecycle.
  • Own senior management-level relationships at each assigned customer account.
  • Drive customer adoption of Platform Science solutions and ensure long-term retention.
  • Facilitate Business Reviews with your customers, communicating new solutions and our innovation roadmap.
  • Monitor customer health and utilization trends, providing recommendations based on risk and business needs.
  • Identify renewal risk and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful renewal.
  • Work with internal teams, sharing customer experiences to help drive product roadmaps.
  • Mentor and train our top customers to help them reach their business goals.
  • Increase recurring revenue from your customers through applications and added subscriptions.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 18 months of CSM experience at Platform Science OR 3+ years of customer relationship management experience at a technology company serving the Transportation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA Regulations.
  • Familiarity with Transportation Management System (TMS) products (e.g., TMW, McCleod, ICC) and route management or distribution software.
  • Ability to learn and stay current on the Platform Science product suite and transportation industry direction.
  • Demonstrated experience guiding customers with confidence and integrity.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and implementation skills.
  • Strong interest and passion for coaching and mentoring others.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to senior leadership, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven experience understanding, organizing, and facilitating through customer requests and concerns.
  • Ability to accommodate travel up to 50% of the time.

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency with Salesforce.

You will work cross-functionally with Platform Science Sales, Product Management, Support, and Executive Leadership.
