Wishpond Technologies was looking for a CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER (100% Remote outside of Canada)

Wishpond Technologies is hiring a Customer Success Manager to build and nurture long-term relationships with our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customers derive maximum value from our platform, focusing on adoption, retention, and satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Onboard new customers and guide them through initial setup and training
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of client accounts to drive product adoption and success
  • Identify and mitigate churn risk by understanding customer needs and challenges
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to internal product and marketing teams

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar client-facing role
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities independently
  • A problem-solving mindset focused on delivering excellent customer outcomes

Work Mode

This is a 100% remote position open to candidates located outside of Canada. You will collaborate with a globally distributed team.
