Wishpond Technologies is hiring a Customer Success Manager to build and nurture long-term relationships with our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customers derive maximum value from our platform, focusing on adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Onboard new customers and guide them through initial setup and training
- Proactively manage a portfolio of client accounts to drive product adoption and success
- Identify and mitigate churn risk by understanding customer needs and challenges
- Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Gather and relay customer feedback to internal product and marketing teams
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar client-facing role
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities independently
- A problem-solving mindset focused on delivering excellent customer outcomes
Work Mode
This is a 100% remote position open to candidates located outside of Canada. You will collaborate with a globally distributed team.
