RealAdvisor was looking for a Customer Success Management

RealAdvisor is hiring a Customer Success Management professional to drive sustainable growth. You will join our Customer Success Management team, building long-term partnerships with our real estate agent clients. Your core mission is to reduce churn by ensuring an excellent experience from initial onboarding through ongoing platform use, all within a fast-paced startup environment that offers clear paths for advancement.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, focusing on retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
  • Onboard, train, and provide continuous support to agents in using the platform.
  • Conduct periodic follow-ups, check-ins, and relationship management activities.
  • Accompany and advise agents throughout their journey to ensure their success and increase platform adoption.
  • Assist with basic technical and billing-related queries.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain processes, tutorials, and templates to improve the customer experience.
  • Collect customer feedback and share learnings with Product and Marketing teams.
  • Review leads, validate profiles, and manage related operational tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and updated data in the CRM, including contacts, opportunities, and follow-ups.
  • Manage administrative follow-ups, commercial documentation, and internal reports.
  • Contribute to process optimization within the Customer Success team.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service, customer success, or commercial functions.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
  • Suitable team and environment for working remotely.
  • Comfort with digital tools like Google Workspace, Calendly, Slack, or Notion.
  • Knowledge of CRM and automation tools.
  • Fluent level of Spanish and English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the real estate sector.
  • Education or experience in areas related to psychology or customer behavior.
  • Experience in startups or high-growth environments.
  • Knowledge of other languages (French, German, Swiss).
