A Private Family Office is looking for a Customer Success for Digital Nomad Community to join our remote team. As the Tribe Support Lead, you will guide members through the WiFi Tribe community and booking process, balancing customer success, sales, community care, and operational excellence. You will ensure members feel supported and excited about their global journey.
What You'll Do
- Manage and respond to all email communication with the community.
- Own the full bookings process from start to finish.
- Be the champion and voice for members to the rest of the team.
- Help accepted applicants make their decision to join and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Advise members on which Chapters (trips) are best suited for them and alleviate concerns.
- Get involved with community initiatives and find creative ways to engage and strengthen the community.
- Write member-facing documentation, PDFs, and communications to keep the community informed.
- Set aside time for daily 1% improvements and document all processes.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, gather insights, and generate recommendations.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose creative, tech-forward solutions.
- Model WiFi Tribe’s values in everything you do.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years working in customer success or a similar field.
- Experience in a sales role.
- Native-level English with impeccable grammar and very strong writing skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy, a quick learner, and an early adopter of new tools and technologies.
- Very comfortable with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
- Proactive problem-solver who identifies needs before they arise.
- Strategic doer who applies critical thinking to all tasks.
- Autonomous and successful with zero management.
- High integrity.
- Ability to work in a European/African or North/South American timezone (between 12-8pm ± 2 hours CET).
