Veeam Software is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to be the primary technical owner of customer success, driving long-term outcomes across the Veeam Data Platform. Your role is pivotal in ensuring customers achieve their business goals through expert onboarding, adoption, optimization, and proactive management of their data resilience posture.
What You'll Do
- Configure customer accounts, customize backup policies and storage, facilitate onboarding, and orient stakeholders to admin portals and support channels.
- Identify migration opportunities, analyze usage and environment, and conduct success planning sessions to align business outcomes with product adoption.
- Conduct assessments, build protection plans, and recommend software products and architectures across the Veeam Data Platform.
- Run recovery simulations, apply the Veeam Data Resilience Maturity Model (DRMM) to track resilience posture, and deliver quarterly resilience reports.
- Monitor signals to detect churn risk early, define mitigation plans, and partner on renewal strategy with actionable technical insights.
- Build business cases, define TCO, articulate value propositions for expansion, and schedule checkpoint reviews with stakeholders.
