Role Overview
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will lead the planning and execution of large-scale AI and HPC infrastructure initiatives within the NVIDIA Infrastructure Specialist (NVIS) program. Your primary focus will be managing customer infrastructure lifecycles, aligning technical teams, and ensuring deployments meet performance, scalability, and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct multi-disciplinary teams to deliver infrastructure solutions, assigning tasks and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with customers, original equipment manufacturers, and internal engineering groups.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to define project scope, identify necessary resources, and set clear milestones.
- Present and validate technical architectures to external partners and internal stakeholders, addressing challenges and ensuring alignment with goals.
- Assess customer deployment strategies and operational constraints, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and validation of infrastructure components, troubleshooting issues and ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Manage transition to support teams and support ongoing service delivery, collecting insights to improve future implementations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in large-scale data center operations with a focus on infrastructure deployment and management.
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field (BS, MS, or PhD).
- Proven experience managing technical projects, engaging customers, and delivering infrastructure solutions.
- Strong understanding of data center systems, cloud orchestration platforms, job scheduling tools, and supply chain logistics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities with a track record of leading complex technical initiatives.
- Experience integrating cloud-native technologies with traditional infrastructure environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC), Wrike, SAP, or similar project and resource management tools.
- Knowledge of AI workflows, including model training and inference pipelines, MLOps, DevOps practices, and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of data center safety, security protocols, environmental systems, and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, influence decision-making, and build collaborative relationships across teams.
- Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Holding a recognized certification in project management or cloud technologies is advantageous.
