Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Customer Success Engineer to be the technical champion for our customers. In this role, you will apply your software engineering expertise to solve complex programming and DevOps challenges, guiding clients through the adoption and integration of advanced security solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement efficient code and dependency scanning mechanisms using tools like Maven and Gradle.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, providing expert guidance through pre-sales and post-sales stages.
- Customize security solutions to integrate with complex customer environments and develop bespoke solutions when required.
- Troubleshoot critical technical issues quickly, applying deep knowledge of programming and DevOps practices.
- Build lasting relationships with a diverse range of clients, from startups to global enterprises.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
- Lead technical integration projects, providing strategic and technical guidance internally and externally.
- Promote the adoption of secure development practices by coaching developers to write secure and efficient code.
What We're Looking For
- 4–10 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong understanding of programming languages, application security, and DevOps practices.
- Proven experience developing custom technical solutions and engaging in customer-facing roles.
- Passion for customer success and the ability to build secure, scalable solutions from the ground up.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
- Proactive problem-solving skills to anticipate customer needs and provide strategic solutions.
- Experience managing technical projects and collaborating effectively across teams.
