EvenUp is hiring a Customer Success Enablement Manager

About the Role

EvenUp is hiring a Customer Success Enablement Manager to build and own enablement programs for our growing Customer Success team. Reporting to the Director of GTM Enablement, you will design and execute onboarding and ongoing training to help CSMs ramp quickly, retain customers, and drive expansion.

What You'll Do

  • Design and manage onboarding programs for new Customer Success Managers.
  • Build and deliver ongoing enablement ("everboarding") for the CS team.
  • Partner with CS leadership to identify training needs and success metrics.
  • Tailor existing enablement content to fit CS workflows and goals.
  • Act as the primary enablement contact for the Customer Success organization.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a CSM at a B2B SaaS company, with direct ownership of enablement.
  • Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive "figure-it-out" mindset.
  • Passion for helping Customer Success teams scale and improve performance.

Team & Environment

You will report directly to the Director of GTM Enablement.
