Sleeper is hiring a Customer Success Associate (Night Shift) to provide front-line support for our Sleeper Picks product. You'll be the voice of our users, resolving their issues and collecting their feedback on our sports-focused games platform. You'll join a team dedicated to creating a digital playground for sports fans.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service across email, chat, and social media, demonstrating deep product and sports industry knowledge.
- Respond professionally and promptly to user complaints, requests, and inquiries, practicing effective conflict resolution and communication.
- Assist Regulatory Operations, Compliance, and other internal teams with ad hoc requests and additional fraud reviews.
- Support interdepartmental needs for Operations and Fraud teams related to user interactions and our DFS product.
- Review player deposit and withdrawal transactions for potential fraud to ensure account integrity.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in a direct Customer Support or Customer Success role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with users.
- Ability to work weeknights and weekends as part of a varying shift schedule, covering 40 hours weekly over 5 days with 2 days off.
- Availability on holidays and major sports game days.
