Rackspace is seeking a Customer Success Associate I to support our customers and help them achieve their goals with our services. You will be an integral part of our customer-focused team.
What You'll Do
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
- Monitor customer health metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalations
- Build strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of customers
- Drive product adoption and deliver value through regular check-ins and reviews
