The Customer Success Associate will play a key role in helping families get the maximum benefit from Huckleberry's apps by resolving customer issues and ensuring a positive experience. This is a fully remote, part-time contract position working 15 hours per week across weekdays.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with customers via Zendesk and Jira to resolve issues
- Diagnose and solve customer problems independently when possible
- Raise issues to internal teams (e.g. Software Engineering) when necessary
- Keep customers fully informed about the status of their issues
- Ensure customer queries are resolved effectively and efficiently
- Serve as one of the first points of contact for customers, creating a great experience
What We're Looking For
- Ability to work 15 hours per week spread across weekdays (Monday - Friday)
- Experience using customer support tools such as Zendesk and Jira
