This part-time, remote role is ideal for a detail-oriented communicator who enjoys solving problems and delivering reliable support. As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for users, helping them navigate and get the most out of our digital tools. Your primary responsibility will be managing support tickets through Zendesk and Jira, addressing inquiries, and guiding users through resolutions.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries using Zendesk, ensuring timely and accurate communication
- Investigate and troubleshoot reported issues, providing clear solutions when possible
- Escalate complex technical problems to internal teams and track progress in Jira
- Keep customers informed with regular status updates and clear next steps
- Contribute to a welcoming and supportive first impression for new users
What We’re Looking For
- Availability to work 15 hours weekly during weekday hours
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support platforms
- Strong written communication skills, especially in explaining technical updates clearly
- Ability to assess problems and determine when to resolve independently or escalate
