Pearl Talent is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Associate to join a team supporting visionary US and EU founders in the manufacturing and distribution industry. This role blends inside sales, customer service, and proactive outreach to manage relationships and drive recurring revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Provide daily administrative and sales support to outside sales representatives.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer phone and email inquiries.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers and vendors to ensure satisfaction.
  • Accurately process orders, including pricing, billing, and record updates.
  • Maintain and track customer account details and purchase history.
  • Prepare and manage quotes and bids in coordination with the sales team.
  • Conduct 50–100 outbound calls per day to generate new business and reactivate dormant accounts.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and recurring customers.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and increase average order value.
  • Track daily activity, conversion rates, and account engagement metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B lead generation.
  • Bilingual (English–Spanish) fluency required.
  • High reliability and consistent daily sales activity.
  • Strong communication and confident phone presence.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Experience selling physical or industrial products preferred.
  • Comfort with high-volume calling (100+ calls/day).
  • Coachability and ability to meet activity-driven KPIs.

Nice to Have

  • Background in manufacturing, distribution, or supply industries.
  • Experience in account management or inside sales environments.
  • Understanding of commission and incentive structures.

Technical Stack

  • CRM Platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM (or similar).
  • Communication Tools: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack.
  • Productivity & Documentation: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Telephony / Dialer Systems: Aircall, RingCentral, or equivalent.
  • Order Processing Systems: ERP or inventory management tools (experience preferred).
  • Basic Data Tracking: Excel or Google Sheets for activity and KPI reporting.
