Modivcare is hiring a Customer Service Representative - Remote, PA

About the Role

Modivcare is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for members with questions about their transportation services. You will resolve concerns, process requests accurately, and support members towards positive health outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring all relevant information is correct
  • Ensure all company procedures are followed and accurate trip data is input into systems
  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for investigation
  • Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems
  • Review and educate members on services and their insurance coverage
  • Answer a high volume of calls, up to 100+ per day
  • Work overtime as required

What We're Looking For

  • Must live in Pennsylvania
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 0-2 years of related experience
  • 6+ months contact center experience OR customer service experience
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Can type 35wpm or more
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision
  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • High Speed Internet of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload
  • Ability to directly hardwire to your modem
  • Dedicated work area separated from other living areas providing privacy
  • Ability to attend 100% of training, on camera for the first 30 days of employment
