Oscar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Member and Provider Services team. This is a full-time, volume-driven production role handling daily activities essential to running a health insurance company, including customer support and back-office tasks executed through standard operating procedures.
What You’ll Do
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Oscar's business model, including processes, procedures, and tools.
- Work with members, brokers, providers, and vendors through multiple communication channels.
- Manage an assigned caseload while meeting service, productivity, and quality expectations.
- Build effective working relationships with all partners.
- Support leadership by identifying and escalating issues through established pathways.
- Monitor and track the status of all assigned work-in-progress issues.
- Escalate and resolve issues promptly to ensure appropriate turnaround times.
- Participate in process improvement projects.
- Comply with all operational, regulatory, and compliance standards for member Personal Health Information (PHI).
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume or customer-focused setting.
- 1+ years of healthcare experience.
- A high school diploma or GED.
Nice to Have
- Strong quantitative or analytical problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Experience with accurate data manipulation and entry.
- Advanced capabilities in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Concierge Operations Manager.

Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas.
