Stryker Corporation is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the customer-facing voice and develop creative solutions for customer issues. In this remote role, you will provide services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications.
What You'll Do
- Validate the ship to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners.
- Serve as the front line for data entry, responsible for all PO entry accuracy (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX and other future EDI platforms).
- Check and validate accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases.
- Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process.
- Support the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax.
- Build relationships with hospital billing specialists and support surgery product usage questions to accelerate billing process.
- Support Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years’ relevant work experience
Nice to Have
- Experience as an account representative
- Experience with Oracle
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $20.08/hr – $32.87/hr
- Bonus eligible
