exciting AG is looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in Polish to provide excellent support to our customers. You will be the main point of contact, resolving inquiries through multiple channels and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Provide support for all customer inquiries via telephone and email to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information about products, procedures, and services.
- Work with other departments to resolve complex customer requests according to their needs.
- Accurately document and monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Fluency in Polish.
