Metrobank is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in a Teller capacity at the Cebu A.S Fortuna Oakridge Branch. This role is responsible for providing excellent service, processing financial transactions, and helping customers achieve their goals. You will develop strong customer-service skills and industry knowledge under the guidance of experienced mentors.
What You'll Do
- Handle cash and process cash/check deposits, withdrawals, check encashments, and account closures.
- Verify customer signatures and post all transaction adjustments to the CA/SA terminal at the start of the banking day.
- Accept and process various fund transfers and remittance payments.
- Handle outward clearing operations.
- Sell the Bank’s and its subsidiaries’ products and services.

- A customer-service oriented mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Nice to Have
- Preferably a graduate of a business or finance course.

This position is based on-site at our local branch in Cebu A.S Fortuna Oakridge Branch.
